If anyone is booked in and cannot stay due to any lockdowns or anything  covid related, then the cancellation policy will be void

Hawthorn House is a cozy Victorian house on the outskirts of Witney, yet still within walking distance of the town

Our family run bed & breakfast, with free on-site parking, is conveniently located for both business visitors to Witney, Oxford and Brize Norton and for holiday makers wishing to explore the Cotswolds and rural Oxfordshire.

Hawthorn House B&B has five guest bedrooms, en suite facilities, TV, free WiFi internet connection, hairdryers and tea/coffee trays. An iron is available on request. We can accommodate cyclists as we have a lock up shed in the garden for your bikes.

Freshly prepared full English breakfast is served in the dining room using local/organic/Fair Trade products where possible including cereals, fruit juice and a large selection of teas and coffee. Special dietary requirements can be catered for in advance.

A nearby pub offers good home-cooked evening meals.

We are within easy walking distance of Witney town centre where there are a large selection of pubs and restaurant

If anyone is walking the Thames Path, arrangements can be made  for transport back and to Hawthorn House, also your luggage can be transported on to other accommodation in the area

Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash and all major credit/debit cards except American Express. We require your credit/debit card details to secure the booking but no payment is taken until you arrive at Hawthorn House

Cancellation Policy

5 full days notice of cancellation is required or the full amount for the stay becomes payable. If a guest is booked in and staying with us, no refund will be made if they wish to terminate their stay with us. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.  If we have to close because of Covid or guests can’t travel because of covid restrictions etc there will be no cancellation charges
